表面处理
l Remove salt and otherwater-soluble contaminants by fresh water hosing when the
content ofchloride and sulfate of substrate surface is more than 10μg/cm2.
基材表面氯化物和硫酸盐污染物含量高于10μg/ cm2，需用清水冲去盐分及其他水溶性污染物。
l Degrease according to SSPC-SP1solvent cleaning.
依照SSPC-SP1溶剂清洗标准除去油脂。
l Remove weld spatter and smoothweld seams and sharp edges.
除去焊接飞溅并处理焊缝、毛刺使其光顺。
l Remove rust, mill-scale anddamaged shop primer by blasting to near white metal ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) orbetter.
用喷砂方式除去铁锈、氧化皮和损坏的车间底漆达到ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10)或更好。
l Remove dust and dirt byhigh–pressure air before paint application
用高压空气吹扫除去灰尘等污物。
l Be sure that the surface isclean and dry prior to application.
施工前确认表面清洁干燥。

l Avoid skin and eye contact.

l If paint comes into contactwith the skin , wash with warm water and/or a suitable cleanser. If paint comesinto contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seekimmediate medical attention.

l Ensure good ventilation.
